  The customer service is GREAT. I've been with cashnetusa for 1 year now and I am a platinum member. I love the fact that they care and the money was in my account the next day. However, you are not allowed to pay back your loan early but they do allow 4 extensions per loan. They are wonderful and I love their service. Also if you are a "preferred" member you can bypass non preferred member and get to a Csr faster. Everytime I call my wait is only a minute or less. I love then
