  Customer service is terrible!!! You cannot communicate with them except by email, then you have to wait hours for a response! Even worse, if you have a question based on their response, you have to wait for hours again!! It delays the processing of your application for days. If you need money fast, don't count on them! Plus, their fees are higher than other companies.
