  My husband put 50.00 dollars down on a Advance America card / they NEVER gave us a PIN .
  Only the person who puts the money on the card can call the 800 number that will give you a run around. Called 5 times no one would complete a task. We were told we would get our PIN number e:mailed to us.. NO ONE DID..
  
  Find another place to get your card / this is a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
