  My local branch of Allied Case Advance has a manager that is not a very pleasant person. I was faithful for a year paying back loans, then recently got stuck to where I could not pay one back when it was due. I called and after telling the manager that they would have to wait to next week for the money, there was slience on the phone. I thought she had hung up on me. I said "Hello", she replied with something, so I started talking again. I made a small joke and she replies "I don't think it's funny". Anyway, I then simply cut through all of the BS, stated when I could pay her back, then hung up on her.
