  The customer service is GREAT. I've been with cashnetusa for 1 year now and I am a platinum member. I love the fact that they care and the money was in my account the next day.   I have used Cashnetusa since 2006. I have never once experienced problems with them. They are rated by the BBB and I will definately use them again. They send you payment reminders and are easily accessed by phone or on-line live chatting.

  All of the people I have dealt with have been very friendly, polite, never rude and does their best to get what you need. I would give them a BIG 10 in stead of gold stars!

  I HAVE BEEN USING CASHNETUSA SINCE 2005 AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH FUNDING ON TIME AND TAKING OUT ONLY THE REQUIRED AMOUNT WHEN LOAN IS DUE. ALSO, I LIKE THE DISCOUNT THEY OFFER FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER. IT IS FAR CHEAPER THAN THOSE LOCAL PLACES.

  Their customer service is a little slow but the time of receiving funds were quick and the fees are not that bad. GREAT GREAT GREAT!!!!
