  f**k you national payday! they got all of my info, said i was approved and NEVER sent the money!!!!! now they are trying to collect on the loan!!! DONT USE NATIONAL PAY DAY!!!!

  They said my loan was denied because I made less than 1,000 a month which is far from what I put on the app. I put 3500! Now I am scared they are going to scam me because they have my info and I cant get a person on the phone.

  Customer service is terrible!!! You cannot communicate with them except by email, then you have to wait hours for a response! Even worse, if you have a question based on their response, you have to wait for hours again!! It delays the processing of your application for days. If you need ...

  Never done a payday loan before this one, so I really didn't know what to expect besides the reviews that I've read....My only dispute was that I think I paid a bit too much for my interest on the loan....Not sure though. Everything else was alright
