By submitting an application to be matched with a lender through SameDayPayday.com, you agree to this Policy as well as the Terms and Conditions posted to this site. HOW DOES SAMEDAYPAYDAY.COM COLLECT AND SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Same Day Payday collects your information when you inquire or fill out an online form or loan application. We submit the information you provided in your application to Lenders. SameDayPayday.com is not a lender or agent for any Lender but does follow privacy policies generally required of Lenders.

To safeguard your personal information from hackers and unauthorized use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. Our website is scanned daily by McAfee for security vulnerabilities and their seal only shows after our website has passed intensive scans.

Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. It also requires Lenders to inform you how they collect, share and protect your personal information.

Additionally, under the federal e-sign ACT, with your consent, we can deliver such required information to you electronically and can use e-records and e-signatures in connection with your transactions with lenders in our network. If you do not consent to receiving the required information electronically in connection with your loan documents, or do not consent to the use of electronic signatures, we will not be able to proceed with you.

Types of information we collect and share can include:

  • Driver’s license, social security number, military status, address and telephone numbers, email addresses, information about your dependent/spouse, references
  • Employment information, bank account where you wish to receive funds including ABA/routing numbers
  • Whether you rent or own your home, income sources, how often and the amounts you get paid, length of time with employer and bank, next two pay periods
  • IP addresses, browser data and server logs
  • Desired loan amount and other information required on loan application

In order to ensure our loan matching applications are accurate, personal information we collect from you may be combined with other information we’ve received from third parties.

Access to Loan Information

To reduce the potential for unwanted e-mails and SPAM, Same Day Payday may provide a substitute e-mail address to the lender as your e-mail. We will forward any legitimate e-mails related to your loan or application sent to this substitute e-mail address for a reasonable period (at least [six months] following the date of your Application). You understand that through this substitute e-mail address, we may have access to information regarding any loan made to you by a Lender or other correspondence sent to you by the Lender. We may also, at any time, provide Lenders with the actual e-mail address you provided on your Application.

Third Party Advertisers

In order to provide our services free of charge, we may display advertisements. By accessing or using this website, you expressly agree to receive these advertisements. We may provide links or automatically redirect you to third party web sites that do not operate under this Policy. For example, if you click on an advertisement presented on our site, you may be taken to a web site that SameDayPayDay.com does not operate or control.

You should always review privacy policies and terms of all third party sites you access.
