Used their services once in Jan. 2018 and went again on Oct 11, 2019. They could not find me in their system and had to apply again ( they found me while I was doing paperwork with my name spelled wrong. ) Becky was amazingly nice and helpful, made my day !

This lender used to be the best, but now since they switched to Crestline (Line of Credit) system under the new Ohio payday regulation they need to be shut down entirely. They are nickel and diming you with various enormous fees. (i.e. I want to closed my line of credit with them ...more »
Checksmart recently changed their poilcy. Now they are extend a line of credit via Crestline which is not a good idea.
