    I have been a customer since 2008 in nj.I began to use them in Delaware in 2012. Both locations are lax in terms of customer service. As they lie to personally hide each others poor customer service and they manager is worse as I have reported the same worker three times not only did they give her a pass condoned her last screw up of my prepaid cell phone service. After they'd all the three clerks n manager said she didn't do the phone activation properly. They offered a month free and a better phone gave me neither and are still trying to find ways outside of replacing my phone with a better model! I believe if i werent other than white i wouldnt experience this horrible treatment! @## They are racist and have terrible customer service! A minority in Dover Delaware
